## ZIP guardrails

- The archive must not contain another `.zip` file.
- The archive must not contain `__MACOSX/` artifacts.
- The archive must keep fictional samples clearly labeled as fictional teaching examples, not proof, case studies, testimonials, customer data, or revenue claims.
- The archive remains local/draft-only: no checkout, email capture, analytics, deployment, account creation, terms acceptance, outreach, payment, or public delivery flow is connected.
- The claims/proof safety card is a launch guardrail only. It does not authorize publishing, public proof claims, testimonials, customer screenshots, revenue claims, outreach, analytics, checkout, capture, deployment, account setup, terms acceptance, or payment/tax/KYC work.
- Manual validation files are preparation artifacts only. They do not authorize Hermes to send, post, DM, contact, publish, deploy, capture email, connect checkout, or log real responses without Tim-approved human testing.
- The public-page copy pack is copy-review material only. It does not authorize public launch, email capture, checkout, analytics, account setup, terms acceptance, deployment, outreach, payment/tax/KYC work, or marketplace listing.
- The launch path brief recommends manual validation first, but it does not authorize Hermes to share the pack, contact reviewers, publish, deploy, connect capture/checkout/analytics, create accounts, accept terms, or use payment/tax/KYC/private details.
- The manual-validation FAQ is objection-response prep only. It does not authorize Hermes to answer prospects, contact reviewers, publish support copy, or treat fictional/sample objections as real market proof.

- The Guide Universe routing card is a local exact-copy QA aid only. It does not submit search terms, collect personal data, connect analytics, capture email, open checkout, contact anyone, publish, deploy, create accounts, accept terms, or change external systems.
- The first artifact scorecard is a local clarity check only. It does not prove demand, revenue, product-market fit, launch readiness, or permission to publish, sell, capture emails, deploy, create accounts, accept terms, contact anyone, or connect live systems.
- The evidence ledger template is a local review table only. It may store only Tim-approved validation notes, separates exact feedback from Hermes interpretation, and does not authorize public proof claims, testimonials, launch copy, outreach, capture, checkout, analytics, deployment, account setup, terms acceptance, or payment/tax/KYC/private-data use. Its `SP-EV-SAMPLE-001` example row is fictional and not evidence.
- The manual-validation script, approval checklist, and synthesis memo must repeat the evidence-ledger bridge so offline reviewers keep `fictional_sample`, `private_review`, `approved_public_quote`, and `not_usable_publicly` rows separate from public proof, launch, quote, CTA, or testimonial decisions.

## Regeneration note

Regenerate from `site/downloads/stackpilot-start-here-7-day-pack/` while excluding any existing `.zip` files so old archives cannot accidentally nest inside the new archive.
