# StackPilot Start Here — First Artifact Scorecard

Status: local review-only scorecard. This file does not authorize publishing, selling, sending, outreach, email capture, checkout, analytics, deployment, account creation, terms acceptance, marketplace listing, or use of payment/tax/KYC/private identity details.

## Purpose

Use this card after Day 01, Day 02, and Day 03 of the Start Here pack. It helps a beginner decide whether the first operating files are specific enough to move toward manual validation, or whether the pack needs one more revision pass. This is not market proof, revenue proof, launch approval, or permission to connect live systems.

Score each line as:

- **2 = clear enough to explain out loud**
- **1 = partly clear but still generic**
- **0 = not written yet**

Do not treat a high score as proof of market demand, revenue, product-market fit, or launch approval. It only means the local artifact is understandable enough to review by hand.

## Readiness result

- **18–24 points:** clear enough for Tim-approved manual validation review.
- **10–17 points:** revise the weakest buyer, offer, or stack artifact before review.
- **0–9 points:** go back to the manual router and restart with the clearest stuck point.

Humans approve publishing, sending, contacting, buying, deploying, account creation, terms acceptance, checkout, email capture, analytics, marketplace listings, proof claims, customer-facing messages, external-system changes, and private payment/tax/legal/KYC/identity details.
