Local-first MVP · Fictional seed data

Today’s Money List

A working Realtor operating board: add contacts, score follow-up urgency, prepare review-only drafts, run relationship reviews, and export the data.

First 7 minutes

Load 10 relationships, then work the first Money List card.

This is not a CRM migration. The fastest paid-value path is: confirm the safety lock, load or paste 10 relationships you have permission to use, then use the guided button on Today to open the top card, prepare one review-only draft, and log the next touch.

Fast path to first value

For a demo or beta walkthrough, use fictional data and jump straight to the first Money List relationship. For a real beta session, paste the starter CSV shape in Settings/Data, replace the fictional rows, then return to Today.

1. Confirm safetyrequired
2. Load 10 starter relationshipsdemo or CSV
3. Open top card → draft → outcomeguided on Today

MVP scope lock

Five core areas first. Labs later.

Today, Relationships, Draft Desk, Weekly Review, and Settings/Data prove the paid habit. Referral Hub and Calculator stay as labs until the Money List loop validates.

Who needs attention today?

Add / update relationship

Every contact needs a next move.

Local-only data is saved in this browser’s localStorage.

Relationship ledger

Draft Review Queue

Prepared, not sent. Edit it in your voice, then approve.

Weekly Relationship Review

Promises, stale leads, prep, value touches, risk — one honest pass.

The weekly ritual that protects repeat/referral revenue: clear overdue promises, revive what is going stale, prep what is coming, and resolve every Approval Wall flag before anything client-facing goes out.

Appointment Prep Desk

Build a brief.

Prep type auto-suggests from the contact's own Money List signal when you pick them — override it any time.

Brief output

Choose a contact and build a review-only prep brief.

Referral Hub

Verified resources only.

Marking a resource “Approved resource” requires a last-verified date and a client-shareable note first — that pair is what you are actually vouching for when you refer someone.

Resource ledger

Client-safe worksheet builder

Move-up / buyer explainer.

Calculator outputs are planning drafts only. Verify lender/tax/insurance/HOA/rate/program assumptions before sharing.

Paid beta readiness

Would a Realtor pay after week one?

The MVP earns $89/mo only if users repeatedly process real relationships, approve useful drafts/prep, and complete the weekly review. This scorecard keeps the build honest.

Objection handling

“I already have a CRM.”

Your CRM stores contacts. Realtor Hub decides who needs attention today and prepares the safe next step.

“Can ChatGPT do this?”

ChatGPT is a blank page. Realtor Hub is the repeatable review system with reason codes, safety gates, and weekly accountability.

“Will it send for me?”

No. It prepares drafts and prep briefs. You approve, edit, and send manually.

Import / export

Portable from day one.

MVP should prove value before CRM integrations. Start manual/CSV, then read-only integrations later.

Nothing is imported until you review the preview and confirm. Columns recognized: name (required), email, phone, type, stage, lastTouch, nextDue, value, tags (| separated), notes, safety, promise + promiseDue.

What the starter CSV includes

Six fictional rows covering the paid MVP's first useful Money List: hot buyer appointment, stale past client, open-house lead, seller prep, vendor verification, and a promise due today. Replace the names/context before importing real contacts.
