Campaign QA checklist / non-publishing

Compare the image, caption, CTA, and link before anything goes public.

This local checklist catches campaign drift. It compares one selected Realtor Business Plan campaign pair against the approval packet, safe-copy rules, and human approval lock. PASS only means “ready for Tim review.” It does not post, upload, send, schedule, buy ads, collect leads, connect checkout, change accounts, or publish.

Hard boundary

QA is not approval to post.

AI may draft, organize, compare, and flag issues in local files. Tim still approves platform, account, image, caption, CTA, link, timing, disclosure language, and whether a public or scheduled action should happen. This page is a review checklist only.

The six-line campaign match test.

Use this before a future human-approved posting or email workflow. If any line is false, the campaign stays in local repair mode.

01 ASSETThe selected image is from the local PNG/SVG contact sheet. No resized screenshot, unreviewed graphic, brokerage logo, CRM/MLS/client image, or private data appears.required
02 COPYThe caption matches one approved draft lane.Feed, carousel, story/reel, or email copy starts from the approval packet and keeps conservative wording.required
03 CTAThe CTA matches the launch path.“Review the planner,” “Open the worksheet pack,” or “Get the planner” is only used when the matching link, disclosure, checkout, and support path are approved.required
04 LINKNo placeholder or unapproved tracking link remains.[APPROVED LINK] must be replaced only after Tim approves the destination, public page state, and any disclosure/privacy/refund language.required
05 CLAIMNo fake proof, income claim, testimonial, compliance promise, or automation overclaim appears. The language sells a planning worksheet and draft/review workflow, not guaranteed results or “AI runs your business.”required
06 APPROVALThe exact public action is separately approved at action time.Platform, account, image, caption, CTA, link, timing, organic/email/paid/internal lane, and payload must be exact.required

Fictional selected-pair sample.

This example shows what “done enough for Tim review” looks like without using private data, platform credentials, or a live composer.

Sample pair / PASS for owner review

Image + caption + CTA are internally consistent.

Selected image: realtor-business-plan-carousel-02-safe-ai-job.png Caption lane: Carousel caption / draft CTA lane: Manual review CTA — “Review the planner.” Link state: [APPROVED LINK] still present, so this is not ready to post. QA decision: PASS for Tim review packet. WAIT for public action until Tim approves the exact link, platform, account, timing, and payload.
Sample mismatch / WAIT

The asset may be fine, but the campaign must stop.

Selected image: realtor-business-plan-ad-1x1.png Caption issue: Mentions “AI follows up with every lead automatically.” CTA issue: “Get the planner today” points to an unapproved checkout. QA decision: WAIT. Repair copy to draft/review language, remove auto-follow-up claim, and do not use a paid CTA until checkout, refund/support, payment/tax/KYC, and public launch decisions are approved. No auto-follow-up claim can remain in the selected pair.

Final QA receipt wording.

Use this exact conservative structure in a future approval packet. It records review state without implying the campaign has permission to go live.

Ready for Tim review

PASS wording

“The selected image/caption/CTA/link pair matches the local approval packet and has no live fields, fake claims, private data, or public action connected. It is ready for Tim to review the exact payload.”

Repair locally

WAIT wording

“The selected pair does not match the approval packet or still depends on an unapproved link, claim, checkout, disclosure, platform, account, or action-time decision. Keep it local and repair before review.”
